Creative Investor Visa

It is necessary to apply for this visa type with a BP approved by an endorsement body authorized by the Home Office.

 

The business in question must be original, creative and have growth potential.

Regular checks by the relevant endorsement body, such as starting a business, taking action, putting the creative idea into practice, etc. If it is determined that the necessary conditions are not met at these points, endorsement may be cancelled, and in this case, it is necessary to apply to endorsement again. The way to definitely prevent this is to participate in the programs offered by almost all endorsement bodies, which are described as the “incubator programme” and which can be subscribed to by paying a reasonable monthly fee.

The validity of the Innovator visa is 3 years. At the end of the first 3 years, an extension for a second 3 years or an ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) application can be made directly.

 

The main applicant can also apply for a dependent for spouse/partner and their children.

The application process is generally; It takes 3 weeks for applications made from outside the UK, and 8 weeks for applications made from within the UK (visa type change).
